At Productivity Force we take pride in the crews, trades and apprentice labour hire solutions we provide, to the construction industry, across Australia. We continuously work to achieve a safe, productive and quality-led environment for both our customers and personnel.
Our labour hire solutions provide a flexible workforce to allow you to scale up, as required, to suit the needs of your project.
Operating since 2015, PRODUCTIVITY FORCE’s management collectively has more than 50 years of experience in the Australian building and construction industry – working, hiring, and delivering projects.
Our personnel are experienced in their respective trades. They are qualified, pre-screened, and comply with all certifications required for Australian building sites. They are willing and able.
We have provided labour hire solutions on many infrastructure projects throughout New South Wales, teaming with Tier 1 and 2 organisations to complete major works.

Productivity Bootcamp
The need to develop the next generation of Australia’s building and construction industry has led to our partnership with Productivity Bootcamp. They provide comprehensive, pre-employment training through an 8-week construction program.
Our partnership with Productivity Bootcamp gives us unlimited resources of:
- Suitable, skilled and screened trainees/apprentices to mix in with our tradespeople
- Enabling the principal contractor to meet government training requirements that delivers value for money
